Emerald North State School - Block A3 Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of Block A3 – Construction works are inclusive of structural rectification and asbestos removal works, increasing of a portion of the roof height to create a new inclusive learning space and two offices, upgrading of existing amenities and decommissioning of half of the existing amenities and all associated works as documented for the refurbishment as described located at Emerald North State School, Campbell St, Emerald QLD 4720. Tender submissions will be accepted from eligible contractors that satisfy the PQC requirements of this project. Tender documentation is available via file transfer from Aspect Project Managers from Tuesday 18th November 2025. Tender submissions are to be submitted electronically to [email protected] email. A tender site inspection is scheduled for Tuesday 25th November 2025 at Emerald North State School, Campbell St, Emerald QLD 4720.
