CQUniversity Australia (CQU) invites expression of interest from suitably qualified and experienced construction contractors for the delivery of its new Melbourne campus located at 120 Harbour Esplanade. CQUniversity have secured a lease at their new premises 120 Harbour Esplanade commencing from 1st January 2027, the fitout works will completed under the early access arrangement available now. CQUniversity’s current lease at 120 Spencer Street, Melbourne expires on 31 December 2026 and CQUniversity needs to vacate the premises prior to this date. To ensure uninterrupted operations and business continuity, the new campus must be operational by 1 January 2027. We are, therefore, keen to hear only from Tenderers who have the capacity to commit to meeting our delivery timeframes. For detailed information on the specific services sought under this tender, please review the “Procurement Invitation Form” in Schedule 01 – Scope of Requirements and Specifications, page 04 of 18. Optional site visit – Thursday 20 November 2025 – 9.30am Location - 120 Harbour Esplanade, Docklands.
