QED 5278 Sunnybank Special School – Two storey GLA Building and Carpark

Brief

The Department of Education is seeking tenders from suitably prequalified (PQC) building contractors for the Design and Construct of a new two-storey GLA building and associated car park works at Sunnybank Special School. The scope of works includes but is not limited to: Design finalisation, documentation, and construction of the new 12 GLA building, associated learning and staff spaces, amenities, lift and circulation areas; Construction of a new car park and associated civil and landscaping works; Coordination with existing school operations and maintaining a safe live school environment; Compliance with all Department of Education design standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and project-specific safety obligations.
