The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Outdoor Learning Area at Gilston State School, located at 588 Worongary Road, Gilston QLD 4211, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program. The new outdoor learning area consists the demolition of existing outdoor learning area, including existing play equipment, 1x existing shade sail structure, existing fencing, external surface, etc. and installation of new external surfaces, incl. soft fall, artificial turf, concrete and natural turf. New play equipment, 1x new shade sail and repair of 2x existing shade sails. QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
