Brief

Queensland Rail is seeking a Supplier to overhaul of three QPB Power Cars, in accordance with specification RE-SOW-202412. The scope includes SEMS-compliant structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire system works, as well as targeted modifications and on-condition repairs (at Queensland Rail’s discretion). A Mandatory Site inspection will be held at Mayne Yard Brisbane on Monday 1st December 2025. All Tender documentation can be accessed via ARIBA once you have registered as per the instructions below: Tenders who wish to access the tender documents must have an SAP Ariba network account to do business with Queensland Rail to enable visibility of your ARIBA profile. To register, please refer to the ARIBA Registration of Company guide. You then must also register interest by emailing the Queensland Rail Contact Officer ([email protected]) providing the following details: Name of Tendering Organisation ARIBA Network ID (ANID) ABN Name of Tender Representative Email address of Tender Representative Phone Number Queensland Rail will only accept tender responses submitted via the ARIBA Sourcing System. For this Tender (QRP-25-47), the information uploaded on VendorPanel is not all the Tender information, however it is enough for the suppliers / interested tenderers to determine whether the scope of works is suitable for their company profile. If a company is interested, please follow the above-mentioned steps. ARIBA Sourcing, Queensland Rail's tendering system, it the only tendering tool that tenderes must use to submit there responses. Queensland Rail will not accept any physical responses or responses via the VendorPanel website. Refer to the attached document ARIBA Guide for Suppliers for instructions on how to navigate ARIBA Sourcing (once you have registered). All communication must be sent through to the nominated Queensland Rail Contact Officer.
