A Cleaning Contractor (referred to as the Supplier) is required to undertake cleaning services at QCESA Whyte Island Facility which consists of three campuses. The Cleaning Services are required for the Main Campus (MC), the Riverside Campus (RC) and the Live Fire Campus (LFC). The Supplier must maintain a consistently high standard of cleaning at the facility. QCESA is an educational facility with approximately 100+ staff. The facility has the potential to host up to 200+ trainees on site per day. Across the three campuses, there are 10 buildings including offices, training rooms, a large Auditorium and training cells/simulations that require cleaning on a daily basis. QCESA is located on land governed by the Port of Brisbane Corporation (POBC) and the Ampol Refinery, which is surrounded by several major hazard facilities along the Brisbane River. All activities on site must be conducted in a manner to ensure the health and safety of personnel and the environment. It is envisaged that the Successful Offeror will commence site familiarisation visits and contract kick-off meetings from 15 September 2026 with the Supplier assuming full responsibility from the first cleaning shift commencing on 1 October 2026. All interested Suppliers must attend the mandatory site inspection scheduled on Friday, 15 May 2026 at 10:15 am as part of this procurement process. The site inspection will be held on the same day for all potential Suppliers and individual Supplier site inspections on alternative days will not be available. Please refer to ITO documents and Attachments for further details.
