Provision of Comprehensive Occupational Health Services

Queensland Rail is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide comprehensive Occupational Health services including, but not limited to: Health monitoring and surveillance Rail Safety Medicals Non-work-related health management (including disabilities) Health Improvement Plans Reasonable Adjustment Plans Medical management for self-declaring alcohol and other drugs Data management, reporting and integration with QR systems Support for Queensland Rail internal projects such as vaccination programs, centralised medical information and health surveillance optimisation. To be eligible to tender, your organisation must be capable of delivering the entire scope of the contract as per the Statement of Work. Tenderers who wish to access this tender must have an SAP Ariba account and register this account to do business with Queensland Rail. Please follow the instructions in the attached Ariba Registration of Company Profile guide to register. NOTE: The Contact Officer cannot grant access to the tender if the instructions in this document have not been completed in full. Once this registration is complete, you must email the Contact Officer ([email protected]) by 2pm, Wednesday 19 November to be invited to the tender Sourcing Event in Ariba. Please provide the following details in your email: Name of Tendering Organisation Ariba Network ID (ANID) ABN Name of the Ariba account holder Email address of the of the Ariba account holder Written confirmation that your organisation has the capability to deliver the entire scope as per the Statement of Work attachment. All communication regarding this tender must be emailed to the nominated Contact Officer. Please do not contact any other Queensland Rail staff member. The closing time for clarifying questions is 2pm, Tuesday 25 November. Submissions must be completed in Ariba Sourcing by tender closing time at 2pm, Tuesday 2 December. Only responses submitted via Ariba Sourcing will be accepted. Late submissions will not be accepted.
