Tender documentation is available for collection from L+R via email request to Mathew Warburton (Project Manager), via [email protected] The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the works involved for maintenance of H-Block at Bracken Ridge SHS Works involve, but are not limited to: Deliver requirements per the provided scope for maintenance of H-Block under Design and Construct contract - including but not limited to demolition, painting, flooring, carpentry etc. Submissions close on Tuesday 2nd of December 2025 at 2:00pm via email to [email protected]. Site visit details: Site walk time and date will be provided to tenderers upon request of documents. It is highly recommended that tenderers attend the site walk to gain understanding of site requirements, constraints and scope.
