The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from appropriately licenced contractors for Carry out Various Upgrades at Richmond State School & Hughenden State School - 88 CRAWFORD STREET, RICHMOND QLD 4822 & 12 MORAN STREET, HUGHENDEN QLD 4821 All tenderers must hold a QBCC Licence for either - Low, Medium or Open Building Categories to be eligible. Pricing 70 points, Non Price Criteria 30 points (Local Benefits, Methodology & Program, Construction Capability) Contract Timeframes: Commencement: within 12 weeks of acceptance. Completion: within 24 weeks of acceptance This is a PQC project. Where a PQC requirement is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System.
