Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction to extend the existing Drop & Go Zone at Everton Park SHS, located at 668 Stafford Rd, Everton Park QLD 4053, as part of the School Transport Infrastructure Program (STIP) program. The scope of works includes but is not limited to the demolition, design, reconstruction of an existing driveway, drop off bays, carpark, fencing, hardstands and signage. The position of the works is at the front of the school and directly affect their site access, therefore requiring coordination with School stakeholders. All works are to be completed by May 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1 million, and QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 28 November 2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
