Provision of Digital Document Delivery

Brief

This Request for Information (RFI) is for vendors with the capability to provide a secure, scalable digital document delivery platform that eliminates the need for physical mailing and manual handling. The solution will support large file transfers with automated compression, role-based access controls, and end-to-end encryption to ensure data security and compliance. RFI submissions will be reviewed and analysed to inform the development of an investment proposal submission for Government approval and inform a potential future Request for Quote (RFQ) process. This call for RFIs is not intended to shortlist specific vendors or products, but rather to gather information about available solutions and identify market capability and pricing.
