Promotional Merchandising Items

Brief

TAFE Queensland has issued this Invitation to Offer with a view to establishing contract/s with one or multiple suppliers to provide promotional merchandising items to all campuses throughout Queensland. TAFE Queensland has issued this Invitation to Offer (ITO) with the objectives of: (a) Assessing market offers to identify where value and cost savings can be achieved, quality goods can be sourced and transparency of the procurement process can occur; (b) Ensuring goods comply with relevant Australian Standards and/or application legislation, whilst promoting sustainability and ethical sourcing; (c) Establishing an Agreement that strongly encourages the use of local suppliers and small businesses within the supply chain; and (d) Establishing an Agreement with suppliers whose business practices align with the Ethical Supplier Mandate; and (e) Engaging supplier/s who can deliver on the Queensland Procurement Policy’s (QPP) focus to support and improve the economic benefit to Queenslanders. This ITO strongly encourages engagement with local regional Suppliers within the supply chain, where possible.
