Brief
The Office of Industrial Relations (OIR) is seeking to establish a contract for the design, development and delivery of tailored training solutions related to the following strategic priority capabilities: Thinks critically Engages stakeholders Achieves within the system of government Manages projects and events Drives accountability and outcomes Leads change in complex environments. As these are six separate training solutions, OIR may engage one or more suppliers. Delivery of the training may be in person, or virtually via Microsoft Teams and may be supplemented with online learning and/or hard copy learning materials. OIR may identify further strategic priority capabilities during the term of the contract and reserves the right to vary the established contract/s to include these capabilities as appropriate.
