QED 5694 2025 Milpera SHS - OLA Upgrade (with design responsibility)

Please request the tender documents by emailing Jace Hogendoorn at Edge PM on [email protected] The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of an OLA Upgrade at Milpera State High School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails an upgrade of two existing OLA’s: Zone A: Supply and install new sandstone seating around the existing vegetation and 2x outdoor table tennis on top of concrete slab and synthetic turf floor finish. Zone B: remove existing pavers and install a combination of compacted granite and synthetic turf to create pathways and seating. Remove existing timber sleeper garden bed walls and reinstate garden bed with new sleepers. Repaint existing concrete underneath covered structure (adjacent to Zone B). The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.
