Developing best practice guidelines for supporting a person impacted by domestic and family violence

Brief
The Commission is seeking an appropriately experienced Supplier to partner with people with a lived experience of suicide who have been impacted by DFV to seek their perspectives and knowledge on best-practice guidance when supporting a person impacted by DFV at suicide risk. Using this process the Supplier will develop a summary report of consultation workshops, including relevant practice considerations and insights into the intersectionality of DFV and suicide. This report may be used update the DFV SP Framework. The Supplier will also develop best practice guidelines and resources to support Queensland Government agencies (primarily those that are non-health-related) to partner with people with lived experience of suicide ready for application to the diverse contexts and functions of each agency.
