These Terms have been developed to support the Prostheses Category for upcoming Procurement Activities. It is likely the Terms may change when used for Prostheses procurement, post input from Suppliers and Customers. The objective of releasing now, is to enable feedback from suppliers, particularly Queensland small and family businesses, to understand any limitations or challenges that could be encountered if entering into a Standing Offer Arrangement under these Terms.
