Please request the tender documents by emailing Pierre Geldenhuys at Edge PM on [email protected] The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of the new covered walkway and roof repairs project at North Lakes SC. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails the design and construction of a new covered walkway, and the roof repairs to 3 blocks at the 10-12 Campus. The repair works includes removing skylights and general repairs/replacement of roof sheeting, flashings and barges. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant statutory approvals. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.
