The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals from appropriately licenced contractors for TOWNSVILLE COURT HOUSE, 31 WALKER STREET, TOWNSVILLE QLD 4810 to Design & Construct of Law Courts Expansion MANDATORY SITE VISIT scheduled for 22 October 2025. Pricing 60%, Non Price Criteria 40% (Local Benefits, Methodology & Program, Key Personnel & Consultancy Team) Contract Timeframes: Commencement: within 2 weeks from letter of acceptance. Completion: within 10 months from letter of acceptance This is a PQC project. Where a PQC requirement is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System.
