Please request the tender documents by emailing Jace Hogendoorn at Edge PM on [email protected] The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of the Girls’ Amenities Refurbishment at Everton Park State School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope entails a complete refurbishment of the girls’ amenities which includes, but not limited to, removal of the existing services, fixtures and finishes and installation of new flooring, ceiling, partitions, toilets, hand wash trough, lighting & mechanical exhaust, perforated screening doors & windows. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant statutory approvals. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.
