Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) invites Registrations of Interest (ROIs) from qualified accommodation and housing providers (including modular) who can supply or propose suitable accommodation solutions in Cooktown to support the Cooktown Multipurpose Health Service redevelopment construction workforce. Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) is seeking a variety of accommodation options capable of supporting a construction workforce ranging from five (5) to eighty (80) personnel from Q2 2026 for approximately two years. HIQ welcomes proposed adaptable solutions either through the utilisation of existing accommodation in the vicinity of the Cooktown Multipurpose Health Service, or the supply of modular housing / portable camp facilities with operational services including laundry, cleaning and booking management which could be retained post construction to provide lasting community benefits which could include key worker housing.
