Multi Services Cleaning

Brief

Section A – Overview The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) wishes to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified suppliers to provide cleaning services. These services form part of the University’s statutory obligation to provide safe, hygienic, and compliant environments under workplace health and safety legislation and public health standards. Services such as cleaning, waste disposal, hygiene product provision, and pest management are critical to the day-to-day functioning of learning, teaching, and research spaces, and must be delivered consistently across all campuses. Services are to be undertaken at 5 campuses and 6 satellite locations within South East Queensland. UniSC may consider Separable Portions for this Tender. The Separable Portions and the services delivered under each, will include, but not be limited to: • Separable Portion A - Internal Cleaning including base cleaning and the provision of cleaning supplies and wash room consumables. • Separable Portion B - External Cleaning including Gutter Cleaning, exterior building cleaning, exterior path and pole cleaning and Pest control services. • Separable Portion C - Waste Management – General and Clinical Waste The successful contractor will be required to provide all materials, and labour to undertake all necessary services. Services are to be carried out in a safe manner which will minimise impact on students, staff and visitors to UniSC campuses and satellite locations.
