Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) invites Registrations of Interest (ROI) from qualified Contractors who are interested in participating in market sounding to inform design finalisation and delivery options for Cooktown Multipurpose Health Service (MPHS) Redevelopment Project. The project is currently in design development phase and expected to be complete in Q2 2026. Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) is seeking registrations from all PQC/QBCC qualified Contractors with local knowledge of building mid-large scale health facilities in regional and remote Queensland. HIQ wants to gain insights from Contractors to deliver this project during a time where the Queensland construction market is experiencing unprecedented demand with multiple large projects and development programs underway across various sectors.
