The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for New Facilities Shed located at Park Ridge State High School at 14-30 Lancewood Street, Park Ridge QLD 4125. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works A minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
