The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for maintenance and repair works located at Proserpine State High School located in Proserpine as noted below. Proserpine State High School, 4 Ruge St Proserpine QLD 4800 External cleaning, repairs and repainting of A-Block, B-Block & K-Block. Works include pre paint maintenance of all previously painted surfaces on building exterior, where required to external doors, gutters, fascias, soffit and downpipes. All previously painted surfaces to be repainted. All work nominated under painting related items is to be painted in accordance with QBuild Painting Specification and unless specified otherwise is to match as close as practical to the existing colour scheme and level of gloss finish. Consideration needs to be given to the presence of asbestos and lead paint in all repair works. SITE VISIT: Time to be confirmed and advised by email.
