Tannum Sands SHS - Ed4All and Central Amenities

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Ed4All and Central Amenities refurbishment works at Tannum Sands SHS, located at 65 Coronation Drive, Tannum Sands QLD 4680, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program. The works include upgrading numerous amenities throughout the school as part of the Ed4All program and refurbishment / reconfiguration of the central amenities block including all new fixtures, fittings, finishes and screens at Tannum Sands SHS. The position of the buildings are located around the school with easy site access and ample working space. All Ed4All works to be completed by the end of January 2026 with the central amenities to be completed by the end of the April 2026 school holidays. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1.0 million QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
