Brief

University furniture services under the scope will be delivered following the University design guidelines, Service Level Agreement and statutory legislation requirements and to meet the service standards set by UniSC for each of our facilities, by campus and asset type. Supplier to demonstrate the following capacity: Ability to supply quantities of items within a 10 week lead time for large orders, less for orders under 10 pieces; Like for like inventory for minimum five years; Product range offers ‘high’ to ‘standard’ quality finishes to match to different public facing spaces; Ability to provide asset management system for all items supplied; Ability to provide on-site after sales and warranty services; Ability to provide annual maintenance checks to end of ten year guarantee Ability to provide furniture with a 10 year guarantee
