Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Roof Replacement of Prep Block at Canungra State School, located at 31 Christie Street, Canungra QLD 4275, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program (TMP). The scope comprises a full roof replacement, removal of box gutters and minor structural alterations install new eaves gutters and associated stormwater works. All works are to be completed during December/Christmas school holiday period. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 24/10/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
