The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the maintenance works to the Prep Building at Boronia Heights State School, located at 194 Middle Road, Boronia Heights QLD 4124, as part of the Targeted Maintenance Program (TMP). The scope comprises maintenance works to the Prep Building. All works are to be completed by April 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 24/10/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
