UQ QEVC Principal Contractor

Brief

The Principal seeks tenders from suitably qualified Design and Construct (D&C) principal contractors in conjunction with a suitably qualified sub contract team to deliver the Queensland Emory Vaccine Centre (QEVC) (Project). The QEVC will occupy a shell floor within the Andrew N. Liveris Building at UQ’s St Lucia campus. The shell floor will create ~680m2 of state-of the-art PC2 laboratories and ~480m2 administration spaces designed to accommodate up to 80 researchers with a total fit-out of ~1750m2. The PPR (in attachments) summarises and outlines the Principal’s requirements with respect to the Project, which the Contractor must satisfy in undertaking the Contract. The PPR is required to be read in conjunction with all other documents that form part of the Contract (other documents can be viewed once registered into the UQProcure tender portal).
