Expression of Interest | Sites for CopperString Eastern Link Workforce Accommodation and Facilities

Brief

Powerlink Queensland is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) for sites to establish Workforce Accommodation and Facilities (WAFs) to support construction of the CopperString Eastern Link between Reid River and Hughenden. Sites may be leased or purchased, or existing facilities repurposed, to accommodate up to 400 personnel in multiple locations including Reid River, Charters Towers, and Pentland. Respondents are invited to propose land (5–30 hectares), existing facilities, or turnkey solutions. Key considerations include site access, condition, available services, surrounding land use, and duration of availability (up to five years including construction).
