The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Demolition Works at Burleigh Heads State School, located at 1750 Gold Coast Hwy, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program. Works include the demolition of Blocks A, AB, AC, B and T (Girls Amenities) including the relocation of the school’s main distribution board and new Telstra lead-in. Demolition site areas to be made good on completion with a combination of hard and soft landscaping. Demolition scope includes tree protection. All works are to be completed by April 2025. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 15/10/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
