The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Block D Refurbishment & Modular Removal at Elanora SS, located at K P McGrath Dr, Elanora QLD 4221, as part of the Targeted (TMP) program. The scope of works involves the following: Modulars: Removal of modulars A, C, D & F Finish with soft landscaping Block D Refurbishment: Installation of 2 fixed walls between classrooms. Replacement of carpet throughout all 8 classrooms and full internal repaint. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1MIL.
