Provision of services to prevent and minimise gambling harm in QLD’s multicultural communities

Brief

The Customer has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objective of sourcing a suitably experienced and qualified organisation to deliver services to prevent and minimise gambling harm in multicultural communities. This will include provision of information, community engagement activities and access to treatment and support services in a culturally responsive way, responding to the needs of people and affected others from multicultural backgrounds. You will deliver services directly and use your extensive networks to streamline supported referral for community members to local services and activities. You will increase awareness of gambling harm in multicultural communities and contribute to building capability of Gambling Help Service System (GHSS) providers to identify and better respond to the needs of multicultural service users experiencing gambling harm.
