External Training Panel

Brief

Queensland rail (QR) is seeking to establish a panel arrangement with professional and experienced Registered Training Organisations to assist in the delivery of specific Units of Competencies for employees across Queensland Rail. To meet legislative, regulatory, and industry-mandated training requirements, Queensland Rail must ensure employees have access to timely, accredited, and fit-for-purpose training. While Queensland Rail is an Enterprise Registered Training Organisation, delivering a range of internal programs, certain mandatory training areas fall outside its current Scope of Registration and internal delivery capability. These include, but are not limited to, first aid and various safety, vehicle, and equipment operation courses. RFI clarifications will close 20/10/2025 4pm. The successful vendors will be engaged through a panel arrangement, in partnership with Queensland Rail, for a 36-month period (with an option to extend at the discretion of Queensland Rail). Key to success will be to ensure quality training services across the state of Queensland that are easily accessible, consistent, and cost-effective.
