The Department of Education (DoE) invites tender submissions for repair works to the existing hall at Pacific Pines State School, including painting and flooring rectification, located at Santa Isobel Boulevard, Pacific Pines QLD 4211, under the Targeted Program. The project includes epoxy crack injection and surface preparation of the existing slab, installation of a Pulastic synthetic sports flooring system with associated line marking, compliant ramp transitions to all entry points, internal painting works, and stormwater system rectification within the Pacific Pines State School Hall, with all works to be completed by October 2025. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 09/10/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
