Brief

The Wheel of Brisbane is a landmark tourist attraction situated at South Bank, Brisbane, offering panoramic views of the city skyline and beyond. As part of an ongoing effort to enhance visitor experience and public amenity, South Bank Corporation is undertaking a redevelopment project involving the construction of a new ticket office and upgrades to the surrounding ground level public realm. This project will create a more functional, visually appealing and accessible space for patrons and staff while maintaining operational continuity for the attraction. South Bank Corporation (SBC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitability qualified and experienced Principal Contractors to undertake the redevelopment of the infrastructure and public realm surrounding the Wheel of Brisbane.
