Head Contractor - North Rockhampton SHS – Block B & I Roof Replacements

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the partial roof replacement works on Block B & I at North Rockhampton SHS, located at Berserker Street, Frenchville QLD 4701, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program. The works include the partial replacement of roof sheeting, gutters and downpipes on Block B and I. The works will be done in stages to allow one building to be worked on at a time. The position of the buildings are in the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by the end of January 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: • Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works QBCC Licensing It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 03/10/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
