Brief
The proposed scope of works is outlined below. The successful Supplier should respond to each scope item listed below, however, where efficiencies are identified, or alternative approaches are recommended this is encouraged to be included as a provisional item or alternate approach. The BRECCA will be delivered in 3 stages: •Stage 1: Data collection and desktop review, •Stage 2: Evacuation Model and Network Development, and •Stage 3: Regional Evacuation Analysis and reporting. The scope of works for each stage includes key activities outlined in the following subsections. It is important for the successful Supplier to understand the primary goal of this project is to understand the potential and extent of evacuation constraints in the Brisbane River region in a cost-effective and time efficient way. Should the project identify significant evacuation constraints, a more detailed and tailored project will be initiated. The geographic scope of the project comprises the local government areas listed: Local Government Areas included in the project: Brisbane City Council (BCC) Ipswich City Council (ICC) Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) Somerset Regional Council (SRC)
