The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Roof Replacements at Helensvale SHS, located at 243 Discovery Dr, Helensvale QLD 4212, as part of the Targeted (TMP) program. The works comprise of roof replacements to four buildings on the school site. One of the buildings has restricted access and roofs must be completed sequentially with completion by January 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 25/09/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
