Brief

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites highly capable, experienced and genuinely suitable Suppliers to register their interest for a forthcoming Invitation to Offer (ITO) for Security Operations Centre (SOC) Managed Services to establish a co-managed SOC. The Department is seeking the establishment of a co-managed SOC where the Supplier works in collaboration with the Department’s existing Cyber Defence Team. The scope of Services will include: (a) security monitoring services (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year); (b) Cyber Incident Response including detection, investigation, containment, eradication and recovery; (c) jointly managing the Department's Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Platform(s) and associated platform features and components to enhance security operations and maturity; and (d) supporting future planning and continuous improvement.
