Brief

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of an Administration Refurbishment at Virginia State School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The transformation of an existing classroom into a new staff area includes construction of a meeting room, kitchenette, lunchroom, amenities and storeroom. All works are to be completed by December 2025. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines.
