Expression of Interest - Business Case Development Services Panel

Brief

Seqwater is undertaking its largest capital investment program to date, aimed at improving dam safety to meet modern engineering standards, securing water reliability to meet forecast demands for the growing population of South East Queensland, and sustaining critical infrastructure. As investment planning demands increase, there is a growing need for timely, consistent, and compliant development of project scopes and business cases to support strategic decision-making. To address this, Seqwater is releasing this Expression of Interest (EOI) for establishing a Panel arrangement with multiple providers to deliver the required services on an as required basis. Respondents may nominate for both scope areas (Business Case Development and Scope Development) or for one area only. Following the EOI, Seqwater intends to issue a Request for Tender to shortlisted Respondents. The EOI includes two parts: Part 1 - EOI conditions and Scope Part 2 - Response schedules Seqwater requests that EOI Responses are clear and concise, providing sufficient detail for evaluation while remaining succinct.
