Brief
The Department of Education is establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Land Use Planning “Landscans” services. Suppliers will be required to undertake site identification, multi-criteria analysis (MCA), due diligence and planning feasibility assessments, with optional inputs such as urban design massing. Interested suppliers should refer to the attached Invitation Documents (Parts A–C and supporting schedules/attachments) for full details of the requirements, evaluation criteria, and response instructions.
