Provide suitably qualified aerial services to Energy Queensland (EQL) to service the Torres Strait and Cape York regions. Locations required to be serviced include (but not limited to): Darnley Island Murray Island Stephen Island (helicopter access only) Yorke Island Coconut Island Warraber Island Moa Island Badu Island Mabuaig Island Dauan Island (helicopter access only) Yam Island Saibai Island Boigu Island Bamaga Lockhart River Old Mapoon Weipa The services can be provided by either fixed wing aircraft or helicopters, however not all locations can accept fixed wing aircraft. The Standard for the Use of Aviation S014 has been attached for further clarification.
