Brief

TMR is seeking a contractor to implement and manage the Revegetation of ~35 ha of koala habitat trees, grey-headed flying-fox habitat trees and Threatened Ecological Community (TEC) for Coastal Swamp Oak at Greenridge only. Ongoing management of fire, weeds, pest animals, fire ants and general property maintenance at both Tabooba and Greenridge. Quarterly inspections and annual compliance reporting at Tabooba and Greenridge. Please note that the Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (Queensland Code), Queensland Charter for Local Content, Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2023 which now includes the Ethical Supplier Threshold and Ethical Supplier Mandate applies to this project. Please note Mandatory Requirements apply to this contract, including but not limited to: Tender Period Site Inspections – dates and times to be advised Each site will be open for inspection for one day (separate days), two weeks after tender release.
