FORWARD PROCUREMENT NOTICE ONLY - NOT A TENDER Forward Procurement Notice Crime Prevention Schools DYJVS-030 The Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support (DYJVS) will be releasing a Request for Quote seeking suppliers to deliver Crime Prevention Schools in Ipswich, Rockhampton and Townsville. This procurement activity is funded under the Youth Justice Funding Area. Indicative Procurement Dates Request for Quote Release: 29 August 2025 Contract Negotiation: February 2026 Contract Commencement: April 2026 Service Commencement: January 2027 Geographic Catchment Area: Ipswich, Rockhampton and Townsville catchment areas. Service Requirements DYJVS will be seeking applications from qualified and experienced suppliers, capable of delivering a Crime Prevention School. The program will deliver on the government’s Making Queensland Safer Plan by re-engaging youth who have fallen out of mainstream schooling and are assessed as at risk of entering the youth justice system. The program will offer a structured and supportive environment to help students reconnect with education, develop essential life skills, and prepare for employment or other educational pathways. Target Group Youths of all genders aged 12 to 17 years, who are disengaged with mainstream education and assessed as at risk of entering the youth justice system. Tendering The tender process will be conducted through the Queensland Government Vendor Panel Marketplace website.
