Expression of Interest – Head Contractor – Currumbin Eco-Parkland

Brief

Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) seeks to engage a Head Contractor to self-perform specific works where appropriate, procure and manage subcontractors and oversee construction activities for the Currumbin Eco-Parkland project through to completion. The Head Contractor will work closely with EDQ and its delegates to ensure successful project delivery. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify suitably qualified suppliers to participate in an Invitation to Offer (ITO) process, anticipated to commence in October/November 2025. The works will include both new and upgraded infrastructure, such as an extensive trail network, wetland establishment, and essential facilities like car parks and amenities.
