Building Contractors for social housing - survey only

Brief

As part of the Queensland Government’s Securing Our Housing Foundations Plan, we’ll deliver 53,500 new social homes by 2044. This program provides a strong investment across Queensland and aims to stimulate local economies. It will deliver developments that respond to the changing needs of communities while supporting the individual Queensland households who look to social housing as a safety net. QBuild in partnership with the Social Housing Delivery Office (SHDO) delivers a significant volume of liveable capital works projects under this program each year and to support its continued delivery, we need a range of suitably qualified building contractors who possess the necessary expertise and experience in both design and construct, as well as traditional construct only residential builds.
