The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is seeking Expressions of Interest from prequalified Consultants for Engineering Projects (CFEP) for the Provision of Design Consultancy Services for Pacific Motorway Exit 45 North, Ormeau Prequalification Levels of BD3, GE3, HE3, HD2, TE3, ITS3 and CE3 or higher apply. (Offerors may nominate prequalified sub-consultants in GE3, ITS3 and CE3). The EOI Brief and Attachment A (Reference Drawings/Sketches) are available to Prequalified Consultants by completing the Deed of Confidentiality. This is to be returned to [email protected], the documents will then be made available via Kiteworks. Please note Project Specific Conditions includes the following clause: Further as to the acceptance prerequisites outlined in Clause 13 of C7542 - General Conditions of Offer, the Principal retains the absolute discretion to reject an offer if the Offeror, including any parties involved in a Joint Venture arrangement, has been awarded another concurrent major design project within the South Coast Region, including but not limited to Coomera Connector Stage 2 Contract CN-25193.
