Suppliers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR)) to submit an Offer for Public Transport Disruption Management System as further specified in the Invitation to Offer documents for this tender. TMR intends to enter into a Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) Comprehensive Contract with a single supplier for the provision of a Public Transport Disruption Management System. This presents a significant opportunity to modernise disruption management and deliver real-time, accurate information that enhances operational coordination and empowers customers with timely, relevant updates. An industry briefing will be held at 3pm on 17 March 2026 (AEST / GMT+10) via Microsoft Teams. Suppliers wishing to attend this briefing must notify the Customer of the names of the representatives attending by emailing the Customer’s Contact Officer no later than 11:59pm on 16 March 2026.
